Christian Ponder injures throwing arm

Christian Ponder has had a limited participation in practice after sustaining an arm injury.

The Minnesota Vikings quarterback picked up the complaint in the elbow of his throwing arm.

Head coach Leslie Frazier told reporters: "Christian has some soreness in his elbow, so we limited some of his reps.

"I think he'll be fine. He just has to get some work in. We'll see how much he progresses, but it doesn't seem like it should be something that would hinder him come [Saturday].

The Vikings face the Green Bay Packers in the playoffs tomorrow evening.
