Miami Dolphins interview three in general manager search

Miami Dolphins owner Steve Ross meets three candidates in the team's search for their new general manager.

The Miami Dolphins have confirmed that they have interviewed three candidates in their search for a new general manager.

The AFC East side parted company with Jeff Ireland, who had been with the team since 2008, earlier this week.

The franchise announced that their assistant general manager Brian Gaine, Pittsburgh Steelers director of football Omar Khan and Arizona Cardinals vice president of player personnel Jason Licht have all met with owner Steve Ross.

The Dolphins reached the playoffs once during Ireland's spell with the team.
