Half-Time Report: Buffalo Bills ahead against unbeaten Kansas City Chiefs

Bills ahead against unbeaten Chiefs

The Buffalo Bills are on course for a shock victory as they lead the unbeaten Kansas City Chiefs 10-3 at the halfway stage of their NFL match this afternoon.

The hosts took the lead late in the first quarter when third-choice quarterback Jeff Tuel threw a long pass downfield to Marquise Goodwin, who had got away from two defenders and had a simple run into the end zone.

The Chiefs finally got on the scoreboard midway through the second quarter when Ryan Succop kicked a 27-yard field goal to reduce the deficit to four.

However, the gap was restored to seven points late in the half when Dan Carpenter slotted a 26-yard kick between the posts.

The NFL's only remaining perfect team were unable to find a response in the closing stages of the half, leaving the Bills on the verge of a major upset.
