Report: Josh Cribbs signing with Indianapolis Colts

The Indianapolis Colts have reportedly agreed a deal with former Cleveland Browns star Josh Cribbs and he is expected to sign a contract on Tuesday.

Cribbs is currently tied with Leon Washington with an NFL-record eight kickoff return touchdowns, but he played in just six games last season for the New York Jets before ending the year on injured reserve with a shoulder injury.

Griff Whalen is currently the Colts' kick and punt returner but it remains to be seen if his playing time will be impacted by the arrival of Cribbs, NFL.com report.

The former Browns star joins the likes of Trent Richardson, D'Qwell Jackson and ex-coach Rob Chudzinski as a member of the Colts, who currently sit one game ahead of the Houston Texans in the AFC South.
