Andre Johnson X-ray result come back negative

Houston Texans coach Gary Kubiak says that Andre Johnson is "doing better" after a shin injury forced him off of last Sunday's loss to the Baltimore Ravens.

Andre Johnson's X-ray on a shin injury has come back negative.

The Houston Texans wide receiver was forced to leave the field early during Sunday's loss to the Baltimore Ravens, with Matt Schaub's passing game falling apart once his number one target had vacated.

Johnson overcame a concussion injury to play against the Ravens, and is again going to be listed as 'probable' for the upcoming clash with the high-flying Seattle Seahawks.

Texans head coach Gary Kubiak told the Houston Chronicle: "Andre is doing better. He did come out OK. All the X-rays are fine. It's just a matter of working him back through it, probably a day-to-day process."

Johnson has 258 receiving yards in his three appearances so far this season.
