Sean Lee could return in week 17

Dallas Cowboys linebacker Sean Lee has revealed that he could make his return to action next week as he steps up his recovery from a neck injury.

Lee sustained the problem in his side's defeat to the Chicago Bears after he had just recovered from hamstring strain.

"The symptoms have improved dramatically," Lee told ESPN. "If I can move forward and make another jump next week, hopefully I can get back."

The Cowboys face the Washington Redskins in their week 16 clash.
