Jerry Jones: We have "inadequacy with some of our personnel"

Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones feels that, due to injuries, his side have inadequate players on their roster at the moment.

Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones believes that his side have inadequate personnel on their 53-man roster at the moment.

The Cowboys have sustained several injuries on both sides of the ball but have managed to maintain quarterback Tony Romo.

However, he was partly to blame for his team failing to grasp the top spot in the NFC East in their loss to the Green Bay Packers.

"We lost players last year," Jones told 105.3 The Fan. "But we've had a healthy [Tony] Romo. That ought to be able to help us get back some of this inadequacy with some of our personnel."

Dallas are 7-7 in their season with just two games to play in the campaign.
