Wide receiver Andrew Hawkins is to rejoin the Cincinnati Bengals team, having recovered from his ankle injury.
The Cincinnati Bengals have activated wide receiver Andrew Hawkins from their injured reserve-designated to return list.
Hawkins has been out of action with an ankle injury which he sustained in practice in early August.
With Hawkins now ready to play, he rejoins a fellow receivers AJ Green, Mohamed Sanu and Marvin Jones in the Bengals roster.
The smaller-framed 27-year-old was a key part of the offense last season, catching 51 passes for 533 yards and four touchdowns.
The Bengals take on the Miami Dolphins in the Thursday night game.
