Williams injures calf in Bears practice

D.J. Williams has sustained a calf injury during a training camp practice with the Chicago Bears.

The linebacker picked up the strain, which has been categorised as week-to-week, yesterday.

The Bears signed the former Denver Broncos player in March as a replacement for Brian Urlacher.

Williams played just seven games for the Broncos last season, making 14 tackles in the process.
