Zach Miller picks up injury against Jacksonville Jaguars in pre-season fixture

Chicago Bears tight end Zach Miller could face more time on the sidelines after picking up an injury against the Jacksonville Jaguars.

According to NFL Media insider Ian Rapport, Miller tore ligaments in the pre-season encounter on Thursday and will now be placed on the team's injured reserve list.

Miller had so far impressed during the off-season, as he looked to provide competition for Martellus Bennett.

It is thought that Miller will now undergo further tests to determine the extent of the injury.
