Buffalo Bills fan charged by police following drunken escapade

Police charge the drunken Buffalo Bills supporter who slipped from the top level of their stadium last Sunday.

A Buffalo Bills fan has been charged after falling from the top tier of the Ralph Wilson Stadium onto a fan below him.

The incident occurred during last Sunday's clash against the New York Jets.

The man has been charged with third degree reckless assault and endangerment, which are both classified as misdemeanors.

On Monday, the Bills banned the fan from their stadium indefinitely. Local police confirmed that the fan had been drinking alcohol before he attempted to slide down a railing, slipped and fell onto another supporter.
