Stokley pens one-year Ravens deal

The Baltimore Ravens have announced that Brandon Stokley has signed a one-year contract with the team.

The wide receiver was drafted by the current Super Bowl champions in 1999, but left the franchise in 2002.

The AFC North side are short of receivers following Anquan Boldin's move to the San Francisco 49ers, and injuries to Dennis Pitta, Ed Dickson and Deonte Thompson.

The 37-year-old spent last season with the Denver Broncos, recording 544 receiving yards and scoring five touchdowns.
