Tony Gonzalez not ruling out NFL return

Tony Gonzalez has said that he would not rule out returning to the Atlanta Falcons during the 2014 NFL season.

The tight end had planned to retire at the end of the 2012 campaign, but decided to have one more shot at winning the Super Bowl.

The 37-year-old told ESPN: "Maybe, if the team is hot in November, 9-2 or something, I could come back for the last two months."

Gonzalez had 859 receiving yards and eight touchdowns during the 2013 regular season.
