Team GB snowboarders fail to reach half-pipe semi-finals

Great Britain snowboarders Ben Kilner and Dominic Harington have failed to qualify for the Olympic men's snowboard half-pipe semi-finals in Sochi.

Kilner, 25, scored 43.50 in his first run, but his second attempt saw him achieve a score of 16.25.

Meanwhile, 29-year-old Harington managed a score of 12.75 in his first run, with his second attempt yielding 37.25.

Japan's Ayumu Hirano tops the first qualifying heats with a score of 92.25.
