Bruce Tasker still harbours hope of medal

Team GB bobsleigh member Bruce Tasker harbours hopes of winning a medal at the Winter Olympic Games in Sochi.

Team GB bobsleigh squad member Bruce Tasker has said that the team still harbour hopes of winning a medal at the Winter Olympic Games, despite finishing 12th halfway through the four-man event in Sochi on Saturday.

Great Britain finished 0.18 seconds behind third-placed Germany after achieving a combined time of 1:50.53.

Tasker told reporters: "Often people will write you off but we can prove that we can do it over the rest of the runs.

"It is not something we like to do all of the time, chase from behind, but if we are good at it that is the way we are going to do it. We seem to always do better in the latter runs."

The final two runs will take place on Sunday.
