Vilukhina staying calm

Russia's Olga Vilukhina has said that she will not allow winning the silver medal in the women's biathlon 7.5km sprint at the Sochi Games get into her head.

The 25-year-old finished second behind Russia-born Slovakian biathlete Anastasiya Kuzmina, while Vita Semerenko of Ukraine claimed the bronze medal on Sunday.

"I feel my emotions burst but I need to control them because another race is coming up and I need to feel strong and to get myself together," Reuters quotes her as saying.

Russia has won four medals at the 2014 Winter Olympics so far.
