Alesana Tuilagi has admitted that it was "pretty disappointing" to see a fan invade the pitch in the closing stages of Samoa's loss to South Africa at the Rugby World Cup.
The man, who was wearing a South Africa jersey, got into the middle of the pitch alongside the players before security rushed to escort him from the Villa Park playing surface during the 46-6 defeat.
Speaking to Sports Mole after the match, the winger said: "I think it's pretty disappointing. I felt more for the South African boys because he was wearing a South Africa jersey. I went up and said to one of the lads not to worry about it. I'm not sure what Bryan [Habana] was saying to him, but it's quite disappointing."
The man was tackled by Duane Vermeulen and Vavao Afemai before being booed as he was led away from the match.
