Chiefs beat Sharks in Super Rugby final

Chiefs win Super Rugby final

The Chiefs have been crowned Super Rugby champions after seeing off the Sharks 37-6 in a one-sided final.

The New Zealand-based Chiefs dominated proceedings, scoring four tries to their South African counterparts' nil.

Tries came from Tim Nanai-Williams, Kane Thompson, Lelia Masaga and Sonny Bill Williams, while Aron Cruden was prolific with his goal kicking.

French international Frederic Michalak scored all six of the Chiefs' points but it was nowhere near enough.

The match represents Sonny Bill Williams's final game for the Chiefs before his big money move to Japan.
