A statement on Racing Metro's official website has confirmed that the club have completed the signings of Jamie Roberts and Dan Lydiate.
The Welsh duo, who are currently on tour with the British and Irish Lions, announced their intention to leave their respective clubs last December.
Roberts joins the Paris outfit from the Cardiff Blues, while Lydiate has decided to leave Newport Gwent Dragons in favour of the French Top 14 side.
Jonathan Sexton also completed a move to Racing this summer.
