Jonny Wilkinson extends his contract with French club Toulon.

Jonny Wilkinson has extended his stay at French club Toulon by signing a new contract.

Fly half Wilkinson had an agreement in place with Toulon where he could choose to extend his contract by an extra 12 months.

Wilkinson's form has been impressive recently, turning in a man-of-the-match performance in his side's 34-12 win over Agen on Tuesday.

The 32-year-old announced his retirement from international rugby on Monday after representing England in 91 Tests and scoring 1,246 points.

The World Cup winner will now concentrate on club rugby with Toulon following the completion of his successful 13-year Test career.
