Bath record comfortable win over Newport Gwent Dragons

Two Semesa Rokoduguni tries help Bath ease to a win over Newport Gwent Dragons.

Bath cruised to a win over Newport Gwent Dragons in their first match in the pool stages of the LV= Cup.

The home side started brightly through a Tom Heathcote penalty, but were behind minutes later as Ross Wardle scored a try for Dragons.

Bath regained the lead through Semesa Rokoduguni, adding four penalties to lead 21-10 at half-time.

Matt Banahan scored a try early in the second half to open up a 19-point lead for Bath.

Rokoduguni ran in a second late in the game, while Dan Evans scored a consolation for the visitors.
