London Welsh announce double signing

London Welsh have bulked up their forward pack with the signing of Romanian prop Paulica Ion and Russian lock Kirill Kulemin.

Ion joins on a season-long loan from London Irish while Kulemin joins from French Top 14 club Castres.

"They are two fine signings who will help our squad to perform to its maximum," said Welsh coach Lyn Jones.

"They are boys with lots of experience at the highest level in the English and French leagues and can bring the best out of other players."

Both players have valuable experience at the Rugby World Cup.
