London Irish maintain unbeaten Challenge Cup run

Exiles maintain unbeaten Cup run

London Irish have continued their unbeaten start to their Challenge Cup campaign with a 24-13 win over Stade Francais.

Shane Geraghty was called upon inside the first two minutes of the match to add what would be the first of four penalties, before the fly-half tossed the ball out wide to Tom Fowlie for the opening try of the encounter.

Olivier Missoup got the visitors back into contention after the break, forcing his way over to leave the French club just a point down.

However, Alex Lewington took advantage of Djibril Camara's sin-binning to add a further try for the Exiles with just eight minutes left to play, sealing the win for the hosts.

The result leaves Irish at the top of their pool, while Stade Francais sit second.
