Leicester Tigers have moved up to second in the Aviva Premiership table with an emphatic 43-13 win over Worcester Warriors at Welford Road.
It was the visitors who struck first as Andy Goode kicked over a penalty after only three minutes.
However, the fly-half was sent to the sin bin after 15 minutes for a foul in the ruck.
Leicester took advantage of their extra man as Scott Hamilton went over for his side's first try of the evening just three minutes later. Toby Flood was unable to make the conversion.
The Tigers soon extended their lead thanks to George Chuter's score. Flood was again unable to kick the extras as the hosts went 10-3 ahead.
A turning point in the match came on 33 minutes when Goode, who had only returned from the sin bin for a matter of minutes, was shown a red card for use of the shoulder.
Tom Croft went over for his side's third try of the match soon after, before Flood's conversion made the score 17-3 at the break.
Danny Gray kicked over a penalty for Worcester three minutes into the second half, but the Tigers went over again minutes later thanks to Martin Castrogiovanni's try. Flood made the conversion to give his side a 24-6 lead.
Thomas Waldrom and Tom Youngs went over on the hour as Leicester went into overdrive, while George Ford converted his own try with 10 minutes to play.
Ceri Jones went over for Worcester first try of the match in the dying minutes before Gray kicked over the conversion with the last play of the game.
