Sports Mole previews Saturday's top-of-the-table clash in the Aviva Premiership as leaders Leicester Tigers travel to Harlequins.

Harlequins have the chance to reclaim top spot in the Aviva Premiership on Saturday when they host leaders Leicester Tigers.

Conor O'Shea's side slipped down to second place last weekend when they suffered their first defeat in five matches with a narrow 16-17 loss against London Wasps.

Meanwhile, Leicester will travel to Twickenham Stoop full of confidence thanks to a run of five consecutive league victories that has seen the reach the summit of the standings.

The visitors welcome back Toby Flood, Manu Tuilagi and Thomas Waldrom from England duty, but Tom Youngs, Ben Youngs, Geoff Parling and Dan Cole have not been released by coach Stuart Lancaster.

The home side have Danny Care back from the Six Nations and Ben Botica returns on the bench.
