Roddy Grant extends Edinburgh deal

Edinburgh back-row Roddy Grant has extended his contract with the club for a further two years.

The 26-year-old, who has made 76 appearances for the Scottish outfit, insists that the squad are keen to turn their poor form around.

"This season has been difficult and disappointing from a performance perspective but there's a real sense of urgency among the players and the club to finish this season strong and start the process of getting back to where we believe we can be," he told reporters at a press conference.

Edinburgh lost all six of their recent Heineken Cup matches.
