British and Irish Lions centre Brian O'Driscoll says that there is "no formula" for team bonding while on the tour in Australia.

British and Irish Lions centre Brian O'Driscoll has insisted that there is "no formula" for team bonding.

The Lions, who are currently on tour in Australia, have three successive victories under their belts following a 22-12 win over the Queensland Reds on Saturday.

"There is no formula for bringing about team spirit or for bonding," O'Driscoll wrote in The Telegraph. "You have to be willing to get out of your comfort zone, to not just spend time with guys from your own country."

The Lions will take on a Queensland-New South Wales Country XV on Tuesday.
