Sports Mole takes a look at the reaction on Twitter following the Lions' historic series win in Australia.

The British and Irish Lions clinched a first series win since 1997 on Saturday as they beat Australia 41-16 in the third and final Test in Sydney.

Following the victory, a number of figures from the world of rugby voiced their delight on social networking site Twitter.
