I must be honest and say that Unibet’s customer service isn’t displayed too clearly, which is becoming a bit of a common theme amongst some online bookmakers. Users must first visit the ‘Help’ page, and after a bit of digging, it can be found there. Personally, I think displaying a live chat option on the main page, even if it’s at the bottom, or having a clear ‘Contact’ section would be better.
