UFC star Jimi Manuwa teaches West Ham United's Carlton Cole his fighting skills

UFC light heavyweight star Jimi 'The Posterboy' Manuwa visited West Ham United's training ground to trade blows with striker Carlton Cole.

Manuwa tested the 28-year-old in a session of kickboxing and boxing routines while midfielder Jack Collison watched the workout.

"He actually wasn't half bad!" The Mirror quotes Manuwa as saying. "I was expecting a lot worse but with a few more lessons I reckon I'll be able to show him how to get some of my explosive power."

Cole later took Manuwa out to the training pitch to try his hand at penalty kicks.
