Stoke City's Peter Crouch tips wife Abbey to win 'Strictly Come Dancing'

Stoke City striker Peter Crouch believes that his wife Abbey is a genuine contender for the Strictly Come Dancing title.

Stoke City striker Peter Crouch believes that his wife Abbey is capable of winning BBC reality television show Strictly Come Dancing.

The 27-year-old is a contender for the glitterball trophy after she topped the leaderboard, along with Coronation Street actress Natalie Gumede, at the weekend.

"I've seen her when she's a bit worse for wear breakdancing, but I'm amazed by her ballroom skills," the Daily Star quotes Crouch as saying. "She has a great chance to win."

Crouch also became known for his dancing skills when he broke into a robot routine after scoring for England back in 2006.
