US Ryder Cup team unveil uniforms

The US Ryder Cup team have revealed the uniforms that they will be wearing during this month's tournament at Gleneagles in Scotland.

The outfits have been designed by Ralph Lauren in the colours of the American flag for the 40th running of the competition.

The Americans will wear blue pinstriped trousers with a white shirt on Friday, before switching to tartan trousers and a blue polo neck on Saturday, finishing with red trousers and a blue and white striped top on the Sunday.

US captain Tom Watson revealed his wildcards for the event earlier this week.
