BBC commentator Jonathan Pearce dyed his hair blond as part of a bet following Queens Park Rangers' relegation to the Championship.

Pearce promised last month that he would match his hair colour to that of former Blackburn Rovers midfielder Robbie Savage if Harry Redknapp failed to keep the West London outfit in the Premier League.

The BBC commentator debuted his new hairdo while speaking to Arsenal winger Theo Walcott following the Gunners' 1-0 win over QPR on Saturday.

The R's dropped into the Championship following a goalless draw with Reading, who were also relegated.
