Diego Maradona 'dates female River Plate player 30 years his junior'

Argentina legend Diego Maradona has reportedly begun a relationship with female River Plate footballer Rocio Oliva.

The 52-year-old, who famously handled the ball into the back of the net during the World Cup final against England in 1986, is believed to have been dating the player, who is 30 years his junior.

A photo of the pair together appeared online, along with a snap of Maradona holding a piece of paper with the words "I love you" written across it, according to The Sun.

Maradona welcomed his fourth child into the world earlier this month with ex-girlfriend Veronica Ojeda.
