Tom Daley's partner posts online picture of cake saying 'I heart Tom'

American screenwriter Dustin Lance Black has posted a picture on his Instagram page in which he declares his love for his boyfriend and British diver Tom Daley with a message saying 'I heart Tom' on a cake.

There have been rumours circulating for more than a month that Daley has been dating the 39-year-old and Black's Instagram post seems to confirm the relationship.

Daley revealed that he was in a relationship with a man at the start of December.
