Video: Manchester United captain Wayne Rooney nutmegged twice in training

Manchester United captain Wayne Rooney gets nutmegged twice during a pre-season training session in China.

Manchester United captain Wayne Rooney was left red faced in pre-season training today as he was nutmegged twice in quick succession by his teammates.

The England skipper and the playing squad are currently in China with new manager Jose Mourinho as they gear up for the start of the 2016-17 Premier League season, which gets underway on August 13.

In an open training session today, The Mirror journalist David McDonnell caught Rooney on video getting nutmegged by Memphis Depay and Daley Blind.

The embarrassing moment was thoroughly enjoyed by the players as cheers broke out during the training drill.
