Hundreds queue for Ferguson's book

Hundreds of fans flocked to a branch of supermarket Tesco in Manchester to pick up a copy of Sir Alex Ferguson's new autobiography.

The Scotsman, who retired as Manchester United manager at the end of last season, has created headlines in the last few days when his book was released to the media.

Following the release of sections regarding his bust-ups with Roy Keane and David Beckham, hundreds of fans queued in the early hours of the morning to get their copy signed by Ferguson.

The 71-year-old was due to arrive at the store in Salford at 11am this morning.
