Convicted rapist Ched Evans attends Tom Cleverley's wedding

Convicted rapist Ched Evans was among a number of well-known faces who attended the wedding of Premier League footballer Tom Cleverley on Tuesday.

The new Everton midfielder, who spent six years as a senior player at Manchester United, exchanged vows with former The Only Way Is Essex reality star Georgina Dorsett at Claridge's in Mayfair.

Evans, who served half of a five-year sentence for raping a 19-year-old woman in a hotel back in 2011, was snapped outside of the venue with his fiancee Natasha Massey, who stood by the former Sheffield United forward throughout the case.

The 26-year-old, who was released from prison last October and maintains his innocence, was part of a wedding party that included United stars Wayne Rooney and Chris Smalling, as well as Arsenal striker Danny Welbeck.
