Hull City midfielder Tom Huddlestone has raised £6,300 for charity after putting the clippings of his hair up for auction on eBay.
The former Tottenham Hotspur player's bet that he would not cut his hair until he scored a goal came to an end when he found the net for the first time in 32 months during Hull's 6-0 win over Fulham.
After downsizing his hairdo to a mohican, Huddlestone decided to raise more money for charity by selling his locks online.
The 27-year-old's auction will benefit Cancer Research UK, who also received almost £50,000 from Huddlestone's original bet.
