The Duisburg team have been forced to switch hotels during their winter break in Turkey after it emerged that they would be sharing a building with 400 Russian models.
The German club jetted off to Antalya this week in preparation for the spring schedule and had planned to reside at the Hotel Royal Wings for the duration of their eight-day stay.
However, head coach Michael Meier scrapped those arrangements upon discovering that his players would be near up to 400 women ahead of a beauty contest in the area.
The club released a statement via their official website: "We want to calmly prepare for the spring series. MSV team manager Michael Meier has therefore rescheduled."
Duisburg, who sit sixth in the third tier of German football, have moved to the Royal Holiday Palace, which is thought to be a short distance away from the Russian ladies.
