Chelsea doctor Eva Carneiro tipped for appearance on 'Celebrity Big Brother'

Bookmaker Paddy Power has revealed that Chelsea doctor Eva Carneiro has been backed by punters to be a contestant in Channel 5's reality show Celebrity Big Brother.

The Spaniard has been in the headlines of late after Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho axed her from the dugout for this Sunday's clash against Manchester City.

Mourinho was unhappy with his medical staff when Carneiro and physio Jon Fearns ran onto the pitch during last weekend's 2-2 draw against Swansea City to treat Eden Hazard when the team were down to 10 men.

Now, Paddy Power has claimed that they have dropped their odds of Carneiro entering the Big Brother house after receiving a flood of bets, according to the Daily Star.

Carneiro joined the Blues in 2009.
