Bristol City start off the 'Movember' trend by announcing that staff members and players will be growing moustaches for the entire month of November to raise awareness of testicular cancer and prostate cancer.

Former Bristol City winger and kitman Scott Murray has started off the 'Movember' trend at the Championship club.

Murray has called on staff members, players and fans to do their bit to raise money and awareness for prostate cancer and testicular cancer by growing a moustache for the entire month of November.

"I'll be leading the charge at Bristol City and I know a few staff members and players will also be taking part," said Murray.

"At the end of November we've got two trophies to hand out – one to the person who raises the most money for charity and the other for the best moustache on Team Bristol City!"

Meanwhile, on the pitch, Bristol are struggling and currently sit in the relegation zone of the league table.
