Former England international Kevin Keegan has lent his name and face to a limited-edition tension-relieving spray ahead of the League Cup final.

The 62-year-old, who is known for his "I will love it" catchphrase during a meltdown as his time as Newcastle United manager in the 1996 title race against Manchester United, is hopeful that the 'Je l'aimerai' fragrance made up of jasmine and lavender will relax tense fans.

"I've experienced the pressure of big football moments and understand how hard it can be for fans and managers to keep their cool," the Daily Star quotes Keegan as saying. "I would love it if Je l'aimerai could help fans relax and enjoy the game."

Reports have claimed that League Cup sponsors Capital One will spray bottles of the fragrance on their coaches ahead of the trip to Wembley for Bradford City and Swansea City fans.
