Scott Sinclair feels like "a proper family" following birth of daughter

Scott Sinclair has said that he is part of a "proper family" following the arrival of his daughter Matilda earlier this year.

The Aston Villa winger and former Coronation Street actress Helen Flanagan, who have been dating since 2009, welcomed their first child in June.

The 26-year-old told OK: "I love that we're a proper family now. I have a newfound respect for Helen after watching her go through a three-day labour."

Flanagan added: "I was staring up at Scott and Matilda thinking she's my world. I'm completely obsessed by her though. I can't stop hugging and kissing her."

Sinclair joined Villa on a permanent basis this summer after spending the second half of last season on loan from Manchester City.
