Aston Villa goalkeeper Brad Guzan has appealed for help to save his seriously ill aunt who is suffering from a life-threatening condition.
The American's relative Darlene Jagiello, who is a mother of two, has primary sclerosing cholangitis, which can only be cured with a liver transplant, according to the Birmingham Mail.
On Twitter, Guzan wrote: "Our family has been faced with a serious medical condition, our aunt is in need of a life saving donation. We are praying for a miracle!"
The goalkeeper's relatives have launched a website urging people between the ages of 18 to 55 with Type O or Type A blood to see if they are a donor match.
