Arsenal's Theo Walcott appears in Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain's gym video

Arsenal's Theo Walcott has given a slight indication that he is progressing towards fitness by appearing in teammate Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain's gym video.

Oxlade-Chamberlain showed off his strength by performing lunges during some weightlifting, while Kieran Gibbs made sure that he could be seen in the short clip uploaded to Instagram.

While Walcott did not show much exertion, the England international, who suffered cruciate ligament damage in January, could be seen stretching his injured knee.
