David Beckham gives son an Arsenal birthday treat

David Beckham took his son Romeo to watch Arsenal in the North London derby as a present for his 11th birthday.

David Beckham celebrated his son Romeo's 11th birthday by taking him to watch Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium.

While Beckham began his career at Manchester United and has remained a fan of the North West outfit, his son's allegiance sits with the Gunners.

As a birthday treat, Beckham took Romeo and his two other sons Brooklyn, 14, and eight-year-old Cruz to watch Arsenal defeat North London rivals Tottenham Hotspur 1-0 yesterday.

The 38-year-old, who retired from football at the end of last season, was also spotted taking a photo of Romeo posing with Arsenal's mascot ahead of the game.
