Arsenal fan starts 'Free Luis Suarez' petition

An Arsenal fan has created a petition in a bid to take striker Luis Suarez away from Liverpool's clutches and to the Emirates.

Liverpool owner John W Henry confirmed this week that Suarez's contract did include a £40m buyout clause when Arsenal submitted a bid of £40,000,001 last summer.

After the revelation, an Arsenal fan has decided to set up a Twitter account under the name of @FreeSuarez1 with the bio reading, "Luis Suarez is being kept at Liverpool ILLEGALLY! #FreeSuarez Please sign the petition, together we can save Suarez' career."

The petition has already received more than 2,000 signatures.
