Spurs 'rebuff Inter's £10.5m Eriksen bid'

Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly rejected a £10.5m bid for Christian Eriksen from Inter Milan, with the club thought to be holding out for £20m.

Eriksen is out of contract in the summer and has been out of favour under new Spurs boss Jose Mourinho.

According to the Daily Mail, the North London club have confirmed talks are under way with Inter, but have told the Italian giants to double their current bid of £10.5m.

The report adds that Eriksen's agent has held talks with the San Siro club, and that Inter could include a player in the deal in an attempt to persuade Spurs.

The Dane has made just 10 starts in the Premier League this season but played the full 90 minutes as Spurs beat Middlesbrough 2-1 in their FA Cup third round replay on Tuesday.

Since his arrival at White Hart Lane in 2013 Eriksen has made 303 appearances for the club, scoring 69 goals.
