Report: Tottenham Hotspur close on Sadio Mane

Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly closing in on the signing of Red Bull Salzburg midfielder Sadio Mane.

The 22-year-old, who scored 13 times for the Austrian club last season, has been strongly linked with a move to the Premier League this season.

According to Sky Sports News, Spurs have won the race for the powerful midfielder after having an offer in the region of £12m accepted.

It is understood that the player's agent is in England to finalise the deal.
